Chris is a Managing Director at McCaffery & Company. Chris specializes in business strategy and transformation for mid-size and larger enterprises through over 30 years as a strategy consultant and line executive.

Chris has operated as CEO or COO for a number of organizations requiring strategic turnarounds, including The Antioch Company LLC (a global direct sales company known to consumers as Creative Memories), Mac Tools (a multi-national division of Stanley Black & Decker), Bossar USA (the US division of a global packaging machinery manufacturer) and a major domestic upholstery manufacturer.

Recently, he has authored new strategies resulting in radical profit improvement at Qualicaps USA

(part of Mitsubishi Chemicals, a global supplier of pharmaceutical grade capsules) and Moneysworth Industries (the largest commercial laundry and linen rental concern in the VA/NC beach vacation region) where he also successfully restructured the company’s finances.

In addition, Chris has also served as a consultant with PwC, CSC Index, Willis Towers Watson, Accenture, and three boutique strategy and turnaround firms. Other clients served over nearly 20 years of management consulting include ExxonMobil, BP, Duke Energy, The Limited, Zep Inc., The American Heart Association, AT&T, Innocor, Fifth Third Bank, the State of Colorado and Thompson Reuters.

Chris graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a BS in Computer Science and holds an MBA in Strategy and Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
