Ian McLagan has been the Research Director for McCaffery & Company since the firm’s inception in 1994.

A highly respected researcher in innovation and new product development, Ian’s focus is on understanding the consumer purchase decision process primarily in the areas of retailing, technology, specialty chemicals, and food. Ian most recently managed our sales force and consumer research for Zep, Innocor, Nexeo Plastics, and Rotech Healthcare.

Ian holds an MBA in International Strategy (Ivey School of Business), an MA in Exercise Physiology, (University of Iowa) and a BS in Kinesiology (University of North Texas).
