Rick has over 20 years of business analysis, process improvement, system design and project management experience. He has implemented technology and process solutions to enhance business growth for many legal and financial firms.
For 15 years, Rick worked for Electric Insurance Company (General Electric). He has implemented technology and process solutions to enhance business growth for many legal and financial firms. He also has experience as a software trainer and technical writer.
More recently, Rick has worked on projects to align business processes and systems to meet complex state and federal regulations.
In addition to his professional experience, he has a BS in Psychology from Salem State University, attended the Graduate School of Education at NYU, has a paralegal certification from Northeastern University, and has been trained as a B2B copywriter with American Writers and Artists Inc. He is a certified Microsoft Office User Expert.
